The composition of the scarf brings together the silhouette of the monument of Erekle II, his signature, and his two distinctive weapons: the Aspindza sword and the legendary “Avi Musaif.”
The design is accompanied by words dedicated to the king by his descendants:
“O sword, forged in Khevsureti, adorned in Telavi by a Tushetian; King Erekle blessed you, and marked you with the cross for battle”.
