Kirke's Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This agreement governs the relationship between the sole proprietor (hereinafter "ketevan Kursua" or "we") and the affiliate (hereinafter "you"). By joining the Kirke Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration and Approval

1.1. You must complete the registration form and accept these terms to participate.
1.2. Kirke reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotions

2.1. You will receive a unique tracking link connected to your affiliate ID.
2.2. All promotions must be ethical and must not contain misleading or exaggerated claims.

3. Commission

3.1. Commission is calculated based on the percentage listed on our website, the commission is 15% of the purchased price.
3.2. You earn commission only for completed and non-refunded orders.
3.3. Payments are made monthly when a minimum of 50 GEL is reached.
3.4. All payments are made via bank transfer only.

4. Tax Responsibilities

4.1. You are fully responsible for reporting your income and paying taxes according to Georgian tax law.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. You may not use spam, fake traffic, or unethical or illegal marketing methods.
5.2. Kirke reserves the right to terminate your participation for any violations.

6. Duration and Termination

6.1. This agreement is effective from the date of approval.
6.2. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with prior notice.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Kirke respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with Georgian law.
