Product Exchange / Return Terms and Conditions

Products sold can be returned or exchanged only in the case of a defect, and within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, based on the presentation of proof of payment (receipt or bank statement).

In all other cases, product exchange is possible within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
In such cases, the customer covers the return and reshipping transportation costs.

Products are eligible for exchange only if they retain their original commercial appearance, are not damaged, have not been used, and are returned with their original packaging.
