Product Return Terms and Conditions

At Kirke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your scarf, we offer a straightforward return process for a refund.

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original luxury packaging (bag, box and cards) with all original tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, Kirke will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Product Exchange Terms and Conditions

We are happy to help you find the perfect design to "Wear Your Story." If you wish to exchange your scarf for a different model, please follow our exchange guidelines.

  • Exchange Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original luxury packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original item and the reshipping fees for the new item.
