How was created the scarf "Abkhazian Mimosa"
Share
I don’t remember Abkhazia clearly - only in fragments.
I recall the house, my colorful plate, and the yard.
There were small days back then - days that felt like pure joy. Childhood turned into light, scents, and color.
What awakens my memory most is a scent - the scent of Abkhazian mimosas.
They say Abkhazian mimosas smell different - softer, warmer…
That scent still lingers on many streets of Sukhumi - just as it lingers in my memories.
I don’t know if the mimosas still bloom in the yard of my childhood.
But I remember the address - the place I will return to.
Maybe through a scent, maybe through amemory.
Or perhaps through the people who live in my memory, alongside that house.
This memory inspired the scarf
“Abkhazian Mimosa” - in warm tones, sunlit blossoms, and quiet longing.
It’s more than just a scarf.
It’s a small fragment of my childhood - something you can wear.
Wear the scent I remember - and maybe, it will remind you of something precious too.
